Ndiaini Cooperative
It’s rare to find a naturally processed coffee from Kenya due to the country’s coffee regulations, which makes this lot from Ndiaini particularly unique.
This high-intervention natural coffee comes from Nyeri, Kenya, produced by smallholder farmers associated with the Ndiaini Coffee Factory and the Rumukia Farmers’ Cooperative Society.
In the cup, this coffee offers a graceful harmony between Kenyan terroir and experimental processing. It retains the bright acidity and savory character we often associate with Kenyan coffees, while introducing the softer, sweeter, and fruitier qualities found in exceptional natural coffees.
The result is a uniquely expressive Kenyan coffee—bright and structured, yet layered with ripe fruit sweetness and a distinctive depth of flavor.
