Grown in the highlands of Guatemala, ASOBAGRI SHB EP is a community-produced coffee cultivated by smallholder farmers dedicated to sustainable and quality-focused production. “SHB” (Strictly Hard Bean) indicates the coffee is grown at high altitude, resulting in a dense bean structure and refined cup clarity, while “EP” (European Preparation) signifies careful hand-sorting for defect-free quality.
