Happy Accident
Sometimes the best things happen by mistake! I accidentally blended our Costa Rica Red Honey Volcan Azul H10 with our Ethiopia Washed Chelbesa Danche. After realizing what I'd done, I thought, "Why not brew it and see how it tastes?"
I'm so glad I did — the result was incredible! This 50/50 blend is super complex, packed with sweetness, bright citrus fruits, and beautiful floral notes from the Chelbesa Danche.
It was too good not to share, so I decided to make this "happy accident" available for everyone. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
